Day Zero by Kresley Cole: A First-Person Review

Day Zero by Kresley Cole: A Gripping Post-Apocalyptic Romance

I’ve always been a fan of post-apocalyptic fiction. There’s something about the thought of a world that’s been turned upside down that’s always fascinated me. The idea of having to start over from scratch, of having to rebuild society from the ground up, is a challenge that I find both exciting and daunting.

When I first picked up Day Zero by Kresley Cole, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I’d never read anything by Cole before, and I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get into a post-apocalyptic romance novel. But I’m so glad I did, because Day Zero is one of the best books I’ve read in a long time.

The story follows Anya, a young woman who is trying to survive in a world that has been ravaged by nuclear war. She’s strong, resourceful, and determined, and she’s not going to let anything stand in her way. But when she meets Jax, a mysterious stranger who seems to know more about her than she does herself, her life is turned upside down.

Day Zero is a gripping story about love, loss, and survival. It’s a story about the strength of the human spirit, and the power of hope in the face of adversity. If you’re a fan of post-apocalyptic fiction, or if you’re just looking for a great read, then I highly recommend checking out Day Zero.
